1. Definitions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of consultancy and business setup services provided by Alzaeim Corporate Services LLC ("Company"). The term "Client" refers to any person or entity engaging the Company for services.
2. Scope of Services
The Company provides consultancy, documentation, PRO services, and business setup assistance in Dubai and across the UAE. All government approvals, licenses, and visas are subject to the decisions of relevant authorities, and the Company does not guarantee approvals or timelines.
3. Payments & Fees
- All professional fees must be paid as per the issued invoice.
- Government fees, third-party charges, translation, and other expenses are not included unless specified.
- The Company reserves the right to pause services if payments are delayed.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Client must provide accurate and complete information.
- Client agrees to cooperate by providing required documents and signatures.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete documentation.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required to complete government procedures or by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for government delays, refusals, or actions beyond its control. Liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid by the Client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. All fees for work completed before termination remain payable.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled through the courts of Dubai.
9. Acceptance
By using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
